Material samples may be discussed so that colour, pattern and finish can be reviewed before an order is confirmed. Availability, sample format, shipping cost and whether a sample represents the final slab must be confirmed for each project.
XWS Stone accepts bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Alipay, Western Union, letters of credit (L/C), and other mutually agreed payment terms. A deposit is generally required before production begins. The deposit amount, balance schedule, beneficiary details and any transaction fees will be confirmed in the formal quotation or invoice. Please verify payment instructions directly with XWS Stone before sending funds.
Natural stone pieces require protection appropriate to their weight, dimensions and vulnerable edges. The proposed crate construction, internal cushioning, handling points and transport method should be confirmed as part of the quotation for the individual item and destination.
Inspect the crate and product promptly on arrival. Keep all packaging, photograph the exterior, labels and damage before moving or installing the piece, and notify the seller and carrier immediately. Claim deadlines and available remedies depend on the confirmed contract, carrier and insurance terms.
